Workflow: Floors ▾ → pick a floor type, click corner-to-corner around each room (click the first point again to close). Walls ▾ → same for siding areas. Then Doors / Windows / Plumbing / Electric — pick a type and click to drop; edit via the on-plan popover. 📝 Note pins a comment to the plan.
